Hourly Rehearsal Studios
Studio 1 (X-Small)
Rate: $15 per hour
Size: 97.5 sq. ft. (7.5’x13’ w/ 8’ ceiling) - 1 person only
Includes: 3-piece drum set (kick, floor, rack) with hardware, throne, and single kick pedal. Music stand and stool. Studio 1 does not include PA or guitar & bass rigs. Drummers need to bring cymbals, hi hat clutch, and snare, or rent ours.
Studio A (Small)
Rate: $20 per hour (2 hr. min.)
Size: 234 sq. ft. (13’ x 18’ w/ 13’ ceiling) - 5 people max.
Includes: PA (Alto Speakers, 8-channel mixer, up to 4 microphones with stands & cables, auxiliary cable if needed… bring your dongle); Guitar Amp & Cab; Bass Amp & Cab; Keyboard Amp (if needed); Basic 3-piece Drum Set with hardware, single pedal, and throne (snare, cymbals, clutch, sticks not included); Music Stands and Bar Stools. Rate: $24 per hour (2 hr. min.)
Size: 270 sq. ft. (15’ x 18’ w/ 10’ ceiling) - 7 people max.
Includes: PA equip. Studio D (Medium)
Rate: $24 per hour (2 hr. min.)
Size: 270 sq. ft. (15’ x 18’ w/ 10’ ceiling) - 7 people max.

Studio E (Large)
Rate: Up to 7 people - $35 per hour (2 hour minimum)
8 or more people - $45+* per hour (2 hour minimum)… Max. Capacity: 15 people
Size: 600 sq. ft. (25’ x 24’ w/ 13’ ceiling)
Includes: PA equip. (Seismic Audio Speakers, 2 floor monitors, 16-channel mixer, microphones with stands & cables, aux cable if needed); Guitar Amp & 2 Cabs; Bass Amp & Cab; Roland Keyboard Amp (if needed) or run through PA; Basic 3-piece Drum Set with hardware, single pedal, and throne (snare, cymbals, clutch, sticks not included); Music Stands; Folding chairs, bar stools, and a couple comfy armchairs with USB charging area. Stage lighting and house lights. Small “VIP” lounge outside the room and space for gear carts, travel cases, etc. See below for gear rentals.
This studio space may be used for streaming your performance online, but no concerts with live audiences in the room. No parties.
Gear Rentals (Add-Ons):
Acoustic guitars, electric guitars, electric bass guitar ($15 each, per session). We have a limited supply. First come first served.
Set of cymbals, hi hat clutch, and snare drum ($10 for whole session)
Recommended: We recommend bringing your own amps. Amps in the studios cannot be swapped with the other studios’ amps. We recommend drummers bring their own snare drum if you are particular about the sound. We rent snares & cymbals for convenience, but cannot guarantee what type/size. You may want to bring your own microphones, but we always use disinfectant wipes on our AKG and Shure mics between sessions.
