Studio A (small)
Rate: $20 per hour (2 hr. min.)
Size: 234 sq. ft. (13’ x 18’ w/ 13’ ceiling)
Includes: PA (Alto Speakers, 8-channel mixer, microphones with stands & cables, auxiliary cable if needed… bring your dongle); Guitar Amp & Cab; Bass Amp & Cab; Keyboard Amp (if needed); Basic 4-piece Drum Set with hardware, single pedal, and throne (cymbals, clutch, sticks not included); Music Stands and Bar Stools.
Studio B (small)

Rate: $24 per hour (2 hr. min.)
Size: 270 sq. ft. (15’ x 18’ w/ 10’ ceiling)

(Alto Speakers, 8-channel mixer, microphones with stands & cables, auxiliary cable if needed or Bluetooth); Guitar Amp & Cab; Bass Amp & Cab; Keyboard Amp (if needed); Basic 4-piece Drum Set with hardware, single pedal, and throne (cymbals, clutch, sticks not included); Music Stands and Bar Stools.
Studio e (Large)
Rate: $35 per hour (2 hr. min.) for up to 9 people.
$45 per hour for 10 or more people.
Size: 600 sq. ft. (25’ x 24’ w/ 13’ ceiling)
Includes: PA equip. (hanging Variable Dispersion Speakers, 2 floor monitors, 16-channel mixer, microphones with stands & cables, aux cable if needed); Guitar Amp & 2 Cabs; Bass Amp & Cab; Keyboard Amp (if needed) or run through PA; Basic 4-piece Drum Set with hardware, single pedal, and throne (cymbals, clutch, sticks not included); Music Stands; Folding chairs, bar stools, and a couple comfy armchairs with USB charging area. Stage lighting and house lights. Small “VIP” lounge outside the room and space for gear carts, travel cases, etc.
NOT Included: Please bring your own guitars, bass guitars, keyboards, etc. We have a few acoustic & electric guitars and bass guitars for rent $10-15 (first come first served). We DO NOT supply keyboards/pianos/organs. Drummers bring your own double pedals, cymbals/hi hats/clutch and sticks. Due to frequent loss, we do not supply hi hat clutches in rooms. We have cymbal sets w/ clutch for rent ($10) and various drumsticks (hickory, maple, oak, 5A, 5B, 7A, Jazz, etc.) for sale if you need them.
Recommended: We recommend bringing your own amps. Amps in the studios cannot be swapped with the other studios’ amps. We recommend drummers bring their own snare drum if you are particular about the sound. We supply snares for convenience, but cannot guarantee what type. You may want to bring your own microphones, but we always use disinfectant wipes on our AKG and Shure mics between sessions.
